01After a crash

Take a breath. It's four steps, and we do the last one.

What to do at the scene and in the hours after, so your insurer has nothing to argue about.

  1. Fill in the accident report

    If another car is involved, fill in the European accident statement together and both sign it. If you don't agree on what happened, don't sign, and call your insurer.

  2. Take four photos

    The damage close up and from further back, the whole car and the signed report. Your phone is fine, nothing more needed.

  3. Send them to us on WhatsApp

    In under an hour we tell you what we see, a rough price and whether it's worth going through your insurance.

  4. Bring the car in

    We book you in, call the assessor and, if you need it, lend you the courtesy car. The quote is in writing, before we start.

Everything that panel work, paint and glass can fix

With a heated paint booth and the colour taken from your car's paint code, so the new panel looks just like the rest.

  • Panel work

    Knocks, dents, wings and bumpers. If a dent can come out without painting, that's how we do it, as it works out cheaper.

  • Paint

    A heated booth and the colour matched to your car's paint code, metallic and pearl finishes too.

  • Glass

    Windscreens, side windows and rear screens. Small chips we repair without replacing the glass.

  • Headlights

    Restoring yellowed headlights, replacing broken units and aligning the lights before the ITV (the Spanish MOT).

  • Courtesy car

    While we fix yours, we lend you one. Ask us if it's free that week.

Hourly rate€58.08VAT included (€48.00 + 21% VAT)

Labour for panel and paint work. Materials are extra, itemised in the quote. You get the quote in writing, before we touch the car: just ask, no obligation.

Every repair comes with the legal warranty of 3 months or 2,000 km, whichever comes first (RD 1457/1986, art. 16). On top of that, we guarantee the paintwork for 2 years.

04With your insurer

We work with most insurers. You send us the photos; we deal with the assessor.

When you bring the car in, we notify your insurer, ask for the assessor's visit and show them the damage ourselves. If your insurance covers the repair, you only pay the excess, if your policy has one.

If your insurer sends you to another workshop, ask them. Many policies let you choose where to have the car repaired. If you're not sure what yours says, send us a photo of the terms and we'll check for you.

And if a scratch isn't worth making a claim for, we'll tell you that too, with the quote in writing so you can decide.

Notices

  • On Friday 30 October we close at 14:00 for the All Saints bank holiday. Monday 2nd, usual hours.
  • The courtesy car is free from Wednesday 28th. If you have an appointment that week, ask for it now.
  • Get that chip in the windscreen fixed before the frosts: in the cold it turns into a crack. Many insurers cover it with no excess.
