What we clean
Four services, with a contract and a regular team
We work on a regular contract and with the same team. If someone is off one day, another person who already knows the building covers for them.
Residential buildings
Entrance halls, stairs, lifts and garages

- Lift, letterboxes, handrails and entrance glass
- Bins put out and brought in on collection days

We're a neighbourhood company. Our office is in Puente de Vallecas and most of the team lives less than half an hour from the buildings they clean.
Every building has its own team and its own task sheet. If something isn't right, message us and we'll come back that same day.

Residential building cleaner
- Rivas-Vaciamadrid
- Afternoons, Monday to Friday, 15:00 to 19:00
- Permanent, 20 hours a week
Entrance halls and stairs in five residential buildings. You start on 2 November.
Office cleaner
- Puente de Vallecas and Retiro
- Evenings, Monday to Thursday, 20:00 to 23:00
- Permanent, 12 hours a week
Two small offices. Experience with a floor scrubber is a plus.
Post-construction cleaning operative, with a car driving licence
- The whole area
- Mornings, 7:30 to 15:30
- Temporary until March, full time
Cleaning after renovations, in a team of two. You drive the van.
