Two lawyers, one case each

We opened the firm in 2017, after years working at other law firms in Bilbao. There are two of us, and each case is handled by one of us from start to finish. If you call, you speak to her.

Founding partner

Maite Arrieta

A lawyer since 2004: 22 years in employment law.

She started out at a trade union law firm in Barakaldo, where she spent ten years handling collective redundancies and wage claims in the industry on the left bank of the estuary.

She likes to explain things slowly and in writing: after every meeting she sends you a summary of what was decided and what comes next.

Partner

Nerea Goikoetxea

A lawyer since 2015: 11 years in employment law.

She trained in incapacity and Social Security, and she's the one who reads the medical reports line by line before deciding whether to make a claim.

She also handles workplace harassment cases, which need time and calm. First she listens, then she puts the evidence in order.
