We only do employment law and we only represent employees. That way we know the deadlines, Bilbao's employment tribunals and what tends to happen in each type of case inside out.

Dismissals

You've been given a dismissal letter, been let go verbally or your contract hasn't been renewed with no explanation.

What's included

  • Reviewing the letter and the final settlement, and working out your compensation.
  • Filing the conciliation claim within the deadline.
  • Coming with you to the conciliation hearing.
  • The claim and the hearing at the tribunal, if there's no agreement.

Wages and amounts owed

You haven't been paid your salary, overtime, holiday pay or a difference under your collective agreement.

  • Checking your payslips against your collective agreement.
  • Claiming from the company in writing.
  • Conciliation and a claim, if needed.
  • Claiming from FOGASA (the wage guarantee fund) if the company closes down or doesn't pay.
