Where does it hurt?

At your first visit we ask questions, examine you and start treatment. This is what we do for each area.

Back

We look at how you move and where the pain comes from. Hands-on therapy on the table and three or four exercises to take home.

Neck

For people who spend the day in front of a screen or behind the wheel. Gentle mobilisation, dry needling if it fits and changes to your workstation.

Knee

From runner's knee to a meniscus after surgery. We assess the load it takes and plan exercise in stages.

Shoulder

Padel, swimming or the everyday backpack. We work on mobility on the table and strength with bands and light weights.

Ankle

Sprains from the Sunday match and ankles that always give way. Taping if needed and balance exercises.

Pelvic floor

After giving birth, with leaks or with discomfort. Assessment with Pilar in a private room and exercises to do at home.

Treatments

What we do on the table
and off it

A runner's legs mid-stride on a road.
To get you running again, we first look at how you run.
A woman doing a plank on a mat in a white room.
Every session ends with exercises you can repeat at home.
  1. Sports physiotherapy

Injuries from running, football or padel: assessment, treatment and a staged return to training.

  2. Pelvic floor

Postnatal care, urinary leaks and pain in the area, with a physio trained in women's health.

  3. Osteopathy applied by physiotherapists

Gentle manual techniques that Jorge, a registered physiotherapist, combines with the rest of the session.

  4. Dry needling

A very fine needle on the painful point of the muscle, only if we think it fits after assessing you.

  5. Therapeutic exercise

Sessions in the exercise room with Dani to build strength and confidence, in groups of three at most.
