Cancelling and leaving

Cancelling a place

You can cancel up to 4 hours before the class from the booking link or on WhatsApp, and the class isn't deducted. If you cancel later or don't turn up, it counts as attended, because nobody else can use that place.

Stopping the monthly fee

Let us know before the 25th on WhatsApp or at the studio and you won't be charged the following month. No explanations needed and nothing else to pay.

Pausing your membership

If you go away or get injured, we freeze your fee for up to two months a year at no cost.
