Monday 2 November is a bank holiday: only the 10:30 class is on.

The studio

Three styles, three teachers

A 70 m² room with a wooden floor and two big windows onto the street, on the ground floor of a building in La Viña. Groups of twelve at most, so the teacher can correct everyone. Mats, blankets, blocks and straps are all provided by the studio.

The classes we teach

What it isPoses linked with the breath in a sequence that keeps flowing. You'll break a bit of a sweat.
Who it's forFor those who already have some practice or do another sport and want a more active class.
Gentle yoga
What it isSimple poses, many with a chair or on the floor with props, and breathing at the end.
Who it's forFor over-60s, for getting back after an injury or for anyone who'd rather take it easy.

There's a changing room with lockers and a shower. Come in comfortable clothes and without having eaten much.
