Who teaches you

There are three of us. The two physiotherapists do the assessments and lead the back and pregnancy groups; Leire leads most of the reformer and mat groups.

She opened the studio in 2019 after ten years in a clinic. She does the assessments and leads the pregnancy and postnatal groups.

She has been teaching Pilates since 2016. She leads the morning groups and the mat groups.
