Maintenance for shops
For shops, bars, offices and industrial units that can't be left without cooling in August or heating in January. One yearly fee, visits on schedule and the gas paperwork up to date.

Installed by a licensed company: no. IT-22/0418 in the Registro Integrado Industrial de Aragón and fluorinated gas certificate no. GF-22/0093 (example numbers).
On every visit
- Cleaning the filters and coils
- Condensate drain, with no blockages or drips
- Temperatures and power use of every unit
- Report by email with photos and what's worth fixing
Once a year
- Gas leak check and logbook, if the unit needs it
- Boiler or heat pump service, if there is one
- Check of the installation's electrical panel
What the law requires of a shop
Over 70 kW
If the installation's thermal output is over 70 kW, the RITE (Spain's building heating regulations) requires a maintenance contract with a licensed maintenance company. We are one.
Fluorinated gases
Units with 5 tonnes of CO₂ equivalent or more of fluorinated gas (with R-410A, from about 2.4 kg of gas) need regular leak checks and a logbook, under Regulation (EU) 2024/573. On the Shop and Complete plans, we take care of it.
