What data we process

  • If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email: your name, your phone number or email address and what you tell us in the message, including the photos or text you send us for your website.
  • If you only visit the website: the server logs (IP address, date and page requested) and visit statistics without cookies and without identifying you.

Why, and on what basis

  • To reply to you and prepare a proposal, because you ask us to (steps prior to a contract).
  • If you become a client, to build and maintain your website and handle the changes you ask for, because that is what we have agreed (performance of the contract), and to invoice you, because the law requires it.
  • To keep the website secure and know how many visits it gets and which parts are used, in our legitimate interest. The statistics are aggregated and cannot be used to identify anyone.

How long

  • Messages from people who do not become clients: 12 months from the last message.
  • Client data: while the service lasts and, after that, for as long as legal obligations such as tax require.
  • Server logs: 14 days.

Who we share it with

  • OVHcloud, which hosts the website, the email and the statistics on servers in the European Union.
  • WhatsApp (Meta), if you write to us on WhatsApp. Meta may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, object to its use, restrict it or take it with you, by writing to privacidad@neenot.com. We reply within one month at the latest. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to the data protection authority of the country where you live (in the United Kingdom, the ICO).
