Message us on WhatsApp or at hola@neenot.com and tell us about your business. We send you a link to your home page on a computer and on a phone.
You like it, we do the rest
You tap “I like it”, pay, and we build the other pages. If you want to tweak the design, each round costs €10 + VAT and comes off the price.
You ask for changes
On WhatsApp or at hola@neenot.com, just as you’d say it out loud.
You check it and say “OK”
We send you a link to your website with the list of what changes. Reply “OK” and it goes live. Nothing goes out without your OK.

Pay once a year and forget about it. The website, the hosting, all the year’s changes and the domain, if it’s new, are included. No contract: if you leave, you take your website with you.
How many pages are included?
As many as your website needs. If you already have one, we move all your content over, better organised. Your dishes, services or courses go in a list with a page for each, however many you have.

What people usually ask us
Can I see the design before I pay?
Yes. We design your home page for free and send you a link to see it on a computer and on a phone. If you want changes, each round costs €10 + VAT, is paid upfront and comes off the price if you go ahead. You can have up to 20 rounds.
Can I write to you in English?
Yes. Message us in English on WhatsApp or by email and we reply in English, from the first message to every change you ask for.
Can my website be in English and Spanish?
Yes. Your website can be in English and Spanish, or in the languages your customers speak, with a button to switch between them. Send us your changes in whichever language suits you and we update every version.
What does Spanish law require of my website?
A legal notice (aviso legal) with your business details, a privacy policy and a cookie policy. Prices shown to the public must include VAT (IVA). Restaurants and bars must show the 14 allergens on their menu, and holiday lets must show their tourist licence number, which most regions require. Your website comes with all of this from day one, and we build it without the cookies that would need a consent banner.
How many pages are included?
As many as your website needs. If you already have one, we move all your content over, better organised: we don’t leave anything out. Dishes, services, courses or news go in a list with a page for each, however many you have.
How long does a change take?
We do it the same day. We send you a link to your website with the change made and the list of what changes, with “See where” to jump to each one. Reply “OK” and it goes live.
Is there a limit on changes?
No. Text, prices, opening hours, photos, new listings and new pages too, as many as you like. If you have several things, send them in one message and they come back in one link.
Will it always be like this?
Today there is no usage limit. If one day we need one so the service keeps working well for everyone, we may bring in a fair use policy and change these terms. If we do, we’ll tell you when it applies.
Can I ask for changes by email?
Yes. Write to hola@neenot.com or message +34 623 19 17 64 on WhatsApp, whichever suits you. It works the same way: we send you the link to check and it goes live with your “OK”.
What if I already have a website?
We rebuild it, keeping whatever is useful from your current one, and we make sure your domain points to the new one.
What about the domain?
If you already have one, it stays yours: we just point it to your new website. If you don’t, we suggest a few available names, you choose one and we register it in your name. While you’re a client, we pay for that new domain.
What about email?
We don’t handle email. If you already have email on your domain, we don’t touch it: when the domain points to your new website, it keeps working as before. If you want one, sign up with the provider you prefer, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Zoho.
Is there a contract? What if I want to leave?
There’s no minimum term. If you don’t renew, you take your whole website with you: we give you all its files, ready to put somewhere else, and your domain stays yours. What you’ve already paid is not refunded.
Can I take bookings or have an online shop?
Bookings, yes: we link the system you already use or recommend one. An online shop, no: there are better tools for that.
